Lockout Policy
To respect both your time and our cleaners’ time, please ensure access is available at the agreed time. If a cleaner cannot gain access, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If contact is not made within 15 minutes, a lockout fee will apply. If access is granted within 30 minutes, service will continue but a $25 fee will be added. The full lockout fee equals 75% of the service cost, up to $150.
Late Cancellation Policy
We understand unexpected changes occur. While we do not charge cancellation fees, repeated late cancellations may result in termination of services.
Payment Policy
Our payment terms are as follows:
- One-off, vacate, and initial cleans: Full payment is required the day before service, or a 50% deposit with the balance due on the day of service.
- Regular house cleans: Payments are processed automatically using the card on file. Commercial, NDIS, or DVA clients will be invoiced as agreed.
